This was a good place for a short meeting because the table was large enough for our group and the service was amazing.
I ordered the chicken burrito smothered. It was a very average plate of beans and rice with a very disappointing burrito filled with mostly nacho cheese and a little bit of chicken. This is not a place to go to for a date or exciting food, but if you need a chance to get some work done it's ok.
This has got to be the worse Mexican food Iv ever had. Don’t waste your time or money. The cheese in the burrito wasn’t even melted, and the nachos looks and feels like it was made in a microwave. No taste, and extremely over priced. Iv had Mexican food from all over the country and in Mexico. Taco Bell is 10X better.
Great Mexican restaurant! Pretty common fair for Tooele. I like the atmosphere, it reminds me of actual Mexico due to the simplicity of the decor and the open floor plan. I also liked that they had beer options. Cold modelo ready to enjoy! I would recommend this restaurant if you are in the area.
I have been to this place quite a few times now. I've never really found good Mexican or Latino food in Utah besides taco trucks. The food is very delicious. The best in northern Utah. The service has always been great. It's difficult not to tip generously here. This is our go to when in Tooele. Highly recommend.
I can confidently say that this is the best Mexican restaurant in Tooele! I usually get their combination dinners for opted for a chili Verde burrito tonight, and it was delicious! Their chili Verde is spicy and flavorful and even the rice and beans are great! My only complaint is that the salsa is really hard to eat, I almost think different salsa cups would be better? The salsa is delicious and I wanna get every last drop but it’s impossible!
This is bad Mexican food. It’s especially bad if you get it to go. It’s probably the worst Mexican food I’ve had in a very long time. Zero flavor, soggy carne asada fries, soooooooo expensive and weird portions. All of our burritos weren’t even wrapped, just folded. It was a very strange experience.
Right when I walked in, it felt like a school cafeteria. It wasn't inviting at all, plain and ordinary. Was really hoping for authentic Mexican food, but really, everything tasted like it came straight from a can. The beans were a watery slop, and the rice wasn't very cooked as it was hard and crunchy. The pork in my chimichanga was dry AF and flavorless. The tortilla on the chimi was too thick, tasted like bread, and the churros were hard and chewy. Also, yall should get more flavors of I've cream besides just chocolate and strawbery. Food and atmosphere I give a 1 star but our waiter was amazing and he deserves 5 stars. The presentation of food is good, but the taste is far from how it looks. 🙁 eat at your own risk.
The food was excellent! Ingredients taste fresh and the flavors are spot on.
Very generous portions and a decent beer menu.
The space is pretty basic, like a cafeteria. But who cares, you're there for the food not the decor.
The staff was pleasant and attentive and everyone seemed to love their jobs, and the means a lot.
They're doing a fine job and I suspect they'll find success with this Mexican food in Tooele!
